Naturalization Ceremony Attended by the Brooks

Brooksie and I went to Concord to witness a co-worker of mine along with her husband become Naturalized American Citizens. Viorel and Rodica Costea live in their house in Greenland. They escaped Romania through Hungary back when the countries were Communist. They lived in Italy for awhile. After finally getting to the States they found this area and loved it. Their plan was to get jobs, buy a house, have kids and become American Citizens within 5 years. They accomplished all. Rodica and Viorel have been married for 22 years. They were unable to produce children while living in their former country. Their two boys are 3 1/2 and 2 years of age. This was the first time that I had attended a Naturalization Ceremony. I found it to be very moving and made realize how great America really is. Sheila
